A golfer reached out to me and asked: “I have my first individual stroke play event this weekend any tips? This really got me thinking about what they normally do when they play and why would they do anything differently. In this episode, I share my response to him and highlight possible opportunities for all of us

• Why do we think it's different? What changes? Expectations? Focus on the outcome? 
• Why are we so nervous?
• When do we start to prepare for an “event”?
• How should we look at our normal rounds? Or league rounds?
• Is it really that different? 
• How we can learn from any event and move forward
